Kahele sööjale:
1 värske kurk
jupike head suitsuvorsti
tükike head juustu
3 lumekrabi pulka
peotäis värsket tilli
5 dl keefiri
meresoola ja pipart
Hakkisin kõik tükeldamistvajavad asjad väiksemateks tükkideks, segasin kausis kokku keefiriga ning maitsestasin suppi esialgu ettevaatlikult soola ja pipraga sest kui supil lasta oma 10 minutit seista, annab vorst, juust ja makra supile oma maitseid edasi. Mina lasengi tavaliselt supil pisut enne seista kui seda sööma asun. Serveerides raputasin veel värsket tilli lisaks peale ning iga sööja võib siis oma soovi järgi pisut pipart või soola supile lisada aga tavaliselt polegi enam vaja.

For serves 2:
1 cucumber, chopped
small amount of good smoked sausage, diced
a piece of good cheese, diced
3 snow crab sticks, chopped
handful of fresh dill, chopped
5 dl kefir
Sea salt and pepper
Mix all together, sesason slightly and let it stand about 10 minutes. Season some more if needed.
Serve cold and sprinkle with some more fresh dill.
