Sujuvalt nüüd toiduteemadele - bolonese kaste on hea eks!? Aga miks mitte süüa seda spagettide asemel hoopiski tervislikul salatipadjal?
Bolognese jaoks:
300g hakkliha
1 sibul
2 küüslauguküünt
2-3 tomatit
1 paprika
meresoola ja jahvatatud pipart
Praadisin hakkliha kuumal pannil, lisasin hulka hakitud sibula ning küüslaugu, kuumutasin aeg-ajalt segades, lisasin peeneks hakitud tomati ning paprika ja maitsestasin soola ning veskist jahvatatud värske pipraga.
Salati jaoks:
aedsalat Romaine Lettuce (Türgis marul)
poole sidruni mahl
sool
maitsestamata paks jogurt või hapukoor
Pesin marul kapsa lehed, rebisin nad ühte kaussi parajateks tükkideks, pigistasin sidrunist mahla ja raputasin veits soola peale. Segasin kergelt läbi.
Sättisin serveerimistaldrikule salatist aluse, mille otsa tõstsin kuuma bolognese hakkliha ja kõige tipuks lusikaga jogurtit.

For simple bolognese sauce:
300g minced meat
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2-3 tomatoes, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
Place the minced meat in a large pan and cook over a medium heat until browned right through. Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, paprika and cook some more.
For salad:
lettuce
juice of half a lemon
sea salt
greek yogurt
When the sauce is cooking, wash the lettuce, rip them to pieces in to bowl, squeeze in lemon juice, add some salt, and mix.
Serve salad with bolognese sauce and with yogurt.
