500 g muretainast (magusat)
2-3 dl astelpajumarju (oleneb kui haput kooki soovitakse)
200 g pekanipähkleid
1 pakend magustatud kondenspiima (300 g vist oli)
Keerasin ahju 175 C kraadile soojenema.
Sea-Buckthorn Berries Bars
It's healthy and really easy to make if you can use ready-made dough as I did.
You'll need:
500 g shortbread pastry (sweet)
2-3 dl sea-buckthorn berries
200 g pecan nuts
1 can Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk (300 g)
Place the dough on a baking paper, lightly dust rolling pin with flour. Roll pastry 3-4 mm thick about as the same size as your baking sheet (re-dusting the pin and the surface lightly with flour if you need to stop the pastry sticking). Bake about 10 minutes until pale yellow (175 C).
Place first berries then roughly chopped nuts evenly onto the pre-baked dough. Pour over with condensed milk and put back into the oven for another 15 minutes until the dough is light brown on the bottom and condensed milk started to caramelised on the edges. Enjoy the cake warm or cold both ways are incredibly tasty!
