.. Ja õnneks varsti saab jälle häid koduseid sööke Peipsiveerel, sest mehed otsustasid kalale minna. Tegin täna algust maaköögiga, pisikeseks meeldetuletuseks lihtsa kartuliroa näol.
Panniroog kolmele sööjale:
8 väiksemat kartulit
õli praadimiseks
lahke peotäis värskeid herneid
1 sibul
3 muna
meresoola ja pipart
maitserohelist
Serveerimiseks: tilli-hapukoorekastet
Koorisin ja tükeldasin värsked kartulid ning segasin pannil sortsu õliga kokku. Raputasin ka soola peale ning alustasin praadimist vahetevahel segades. Seniakaua puhastasin herned ja hakkisin sibula, segasin need kartulite hulka, lasin kaane all tasasemal tulel kartulil peaaegu pehmeks saada. Lõpuks lõin kartuliroa peale 3 muna, maitsestasin muna soola ja pipraga ning lasin kaane all munavalgel hüübida. Mulle meeldib kui kollane jääb vedelaks. Raputasin hakitud peterselli peale.
Serveerida kuumalt külma koorekastmega.
For 3 serves:
8 smaller potatoes, peeled, diced
oil for frying
generous handful of fresh peas
1 onion, roughly chopped
3 eggs
Seasalt and pepper
herbs, chopped
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes, season with salt, fry occasionally stirring, until they begin to brown. Add peas and onion and turn the heat to medium-low and cover the pan. Allow them to cook, stirring occasionally, until they soften. At the very end add 3 eggs on top, season with salt and pepper, don't stir, cover and cook until egg whites are done and yolks are still runny (if you like). Sprinkle with herbs.

Serve this dish warm with cold and lightly salted sour cream fresh dill sauce.
Simple and delicious!
